On contacting you, you were lovely, a pleasure to speak to and you were quick to change my order to the actual mug I had intended to buy.
The mug arrived VERY quickly and I was really impressed with both the speed and the actual item. I gave the mug to my friend as a ‘Congratulations on becoming pregnant’ gift as she loves a cup of tea! She was absolutely delighted with her gift.
