Yoga2Hear Pre Natal Yoga - Guided Audio CD & Booklet

Yoga2Hear Pre Natal Yoga - Guided Audio CD & Booklet
This class is a safe, effective and supportive 45 minute yoga class suitable for use during the entire pregnancy.

The class has been devised, created and recorded by Sue Fuller the author of the British School of Yoga's Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course.

The class will help to strengthen the bond between mother and baby, promote deep relaxation and encourage and enhance a healthy pregnancy. According to Sue, Prenatal Yoga can also help to enhance relaxation, encourage a healthy sleep pattern, lengthen and tone muscles in preparation for labour and ease joint swelling and nausea.

It uses clear and concise instructions to guide you carefully through the postures. The instructions are mixed with a full length background music track that has been recorded exclusively for this class to help create a relaxing atmosphere. The Pre Natal yoga class CD is accompanied by a full colour guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each posture as well as giving information on how to get the most from the class.

Customer Reviews

Did the cd last night & thought it was really good  I think the pre-natal yoga cd is excellent. An audio cd is much better than a dvd as you don't have the distraction of looking at the telly! Sue's voice is very calming & I found the whole experience relaxing but challenging enough. 45 minutes is also a good length.   Polly - Herts
