Preparation:

Wonderfullt Tea. Just lov it! I am not a fan of fennel but found it quit pleasant 2 take even without any sugar. I couldn't do without it bcause of very low milk supply due 2 poor health condition4 about 18mths. D tea bags r handy packed 1 by 1 so u can take it with u everywhere. The picture on d packs encourages U to keep goin.
