A nice oiling! This is a nice oil to use as it doesn't have much of an odour. The only drawback is having to do the massage because it is rather uncomfortable. You can just rub the oil in and hope it softens you but should be massaging it in properly, that means pushing down on the perineum to stretch it. Lorna - Essex
