Customer Reviews

Really helped me   I used this to prepare for the birth of my first child. I found it wonderful. I used the music though my labour and was able to manage the pain with the exercises. Survived 19 hour with out an epidural, which was something I really wanted to avoid . My sons apgar score was also high at 9/10.   Sam - Chester
