This is a voucher pack containing a numbered MamaTENS rental voucher and booking instructions. There is UK 0845 telephone number provided for you to call Mama Tens Direct or the rental can be organised by email.
Once you have received the pack from us, call or email Mama Tens as soon as possible to reserve your unit, quoting your rental voucher number provided in the pack. You will not have any more to pay.
The Mama Tens will be delivered directly to your home by post, three weeks before the due date.
You will be able to keep the Mama Tens for four weeks and you can obtain a free two-week extension if the baby's birth is delayed.
Inside the pack there will be a freepost envelope so that when you are finished with the device all you need to do is put everything back in the post.
You will also have access to a helpline in case you have any product queries or difficulties.
If a mother needs a Mama Tens urgently then an emergency override can be provided within 24 hours for an extra cost of £4.95
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your rental once you have purchased the rental pack from us, call or email Mama Tens.
They will then send you a credit note which we will use to refund your money.
