You can definitely rely on earth mama's products! I gladly BF my 22months old little angel but feel it's now time to start weaning him off. This tea works.... but you need to drink a lot! This tea tastes nice (a peppermint tea with a tang) and really does reduce your supply, but only a little. You need to drink a LOT to quit breastfeeding. I have found it useful just to reduce my milk slightly and am still drinking it to stop nursing completely. -
