Cooling mist - no need to touch anywhere!!! Phew I used this after my 1st labour ended in episiotomy + forceps delivery. I was so sore afterwards that the thought of anything touching me had me wincing so being able to spray a mist of this over the whole sore area was perfect. Smells lovely too. I'm stocking up again this time! -
