very helpful I was sent this tea as a present after nausea had settled in quite well during the first trimester. A very nice tea It's a lovely tea which I must admit does slightly help with with nausea, but don't expect miracles. I have had hyperemesis throughout the pregnancy and am still sick daily at 6 months, I therefore speak from experience and have tried almost all remedies, natural and otherwise. This tea stays down!
