The hire period is for 5 weeks plus an extra free week extension if your baby arrives late. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from Babycare TENS.
What is TENS?
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, and has successfully been used for many years by pregnant women and professional midwives worldwide to treat labour pain.
How does Babycare TENS work?
At the onset of labour, simply apply the 4 pads to your back as shown in the accompanying instructions and switch the TENS unit on. You will feel a pleasant pulsing sensation. This will help to raise the level of your own pain relieving chemicals known as endorphins.
When experiencing a contraction press the boost button for the extra surge of power needed to combat the pain. When the contraction ends, press the boost button again - it's that simple!

How long does it take to arrive?
All Babycare TENS hire units are sent out on the 37th week of pregnancy by first class post. However, please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.
What happens if my due date is less than 3 weeks away?
Don't worry. Babycare TENS can offer you a next working day service* for an extra £5.95. As long as your order is placed before 3pm between Monday and Friday.

Cancellation Terms:
You must call Babycare TENS immediately if you need to cancel your hire reservation. A credit note will be arranged for you to redeem with us. If your pack is in an un opened ( sealed with wrapper undamaged) re - saleable condition you will be entitled to a refund - see Babycare TENS terms and conditions in the pack for full information.
Non use if the hired unit is entirely at the discretion of you the customer and no refund will apply.
There will be no refund if the unit has already been dispatched to the customer
The Elle TENS unit is the property of Babycare TENS who have the right to charge the customer the full retail price of £69.95 in the event that the unit is not returned.
