AromaMum's Perineum Oil is a 100% natural, preservative free oil to prepare and soften the perineum before giving birth which may prevent tears or the need for an episiotomy. It is also great to aid the healing process after giving birth.

Directions: Apply lotion onto fingertips and massage perineum area gently.

Ingredients: Rose, Jasmine and Clary Sage pure essential oils in St. John's Wort oil infused with Sweet Almond.

Precautions : For external use only. Ask for expert advice if suffer from fibroids/ oestrogen stimulated cancer.
Do not use before week 38 of preganancy - this Oil may trigger contractions.
